We ship within Australia and to the countries below. For a full list of all the countries we ship to please see the list at the bottom of the page.

How long will my order take to process?

We strive to process your order within 24-48 hours of your payment.

How long will the delivery take?

Shipping time will depend on the product you are purchasing and the country you live in. We aim to have your product delivered within 14 to 35 days of order completion.  

You will receive a tracking number to track the real time delivery once your order is processed. 

Orders may be delivered outside of estimated delivery dates with postal and courier services due to delays caused by the Pandemic, if this occurs we will update you on any changes.

How much will my shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will depend on the country you live in. 

International and domestic shipping is calculated at checkout and dependent on the destination.

Local Post (Australia Post) is available at checkout. DHL Priority shipping is also available at checkout for selected products.

Duties, Taxes and Fees

When you purchase a product, the package may be subject to;

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are typically due when the package arrives in the destination country.

Lily and Lane includes the above duties, fees and taxes within the price of the product for the following countries:

  • Spain 
  • United Kingdom
  • United States of America

While Lily and Lane does its best to calculate the duties, fees and taxes for the above countries, the buyer (countries listed above) is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. The buyer is also responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

For all other countries, Lily and Lane will be responsible for shipping the package but all duties, fees and taxes when the package arrives at its destination country are responsibility of the buyer. We encourage buyers to confirm the laws, rules, regulations and restrictions that may apply to the destination country when the package arrives, this includes but not limited to:

  •  import taxes for the product purchased
  • custom duties for the product purchased
  • Any fees applied when the package arrives in the destination country

Lily and Lane will not be responsible if the product is seized and destroyed by the destination countries customs authority or if it is returned to Australia and for any losses arising from and in connection with the arrival of the package. 

If I order multiple products will they be delivered at the same time?

Some of your products may be delivered separately. If this is the case, you will receive a shipping time for each order. 

What if I can't order a product or it does not ship to my location?
